In a city that shouldn't exist... Schrödinger's girl and just a cat spend an evening together pondering the nature of existence and how to get the hell out of boxes.
From the writer of the hit indie game VA-11 Hall-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action comes a short 30-page story about a boy left behind on the mean streets of Glitch City, the girl left behind by the laws of physics, and the walls we build while waiting for someone willing to break our walls down.
Anna Graem and Fore Julius Stingray star in Sapphic Pussy Rhapsody, a tale of two pussies! Uh, we might have to workshop this a bit more, we'll get to it in post.
The story itself is free, but if you pay our suggested price you'll get the images inside the e-book as high resolution standalones as a bonus!

I’m glad I had postponed this read until now, because it was quite touching, and I found Anna’s words relatable.
Surprisingly well written and it adds some nice lore to Anna's backstory. Also adds to Jill and her cat's story if you pay attention.
Touches on some deep subjects, easy recommend.
Wonderfully written. Wasn't what I expected but it's still so so very good.
The only bad part was the disappointment when there was no more to read.
Absolute must read for the VA11HallA simps like myself, I know I'll be coming back to this again. There's a few bits that just hit so close to home.
MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON
me after letting out a heavy sigh, shaking, holding back tears: "please. please stop. surely the next page won't hit as close to home. surely it won't hurt me as much."
me, one page later, fighting the urge to collapse into a puddle: "SURELY. SURELY THE NEXT PAGE--"
For real though, this is a fantastic story. I love the writing style, Fore's PoV, and how Anna's emotions are expressed.
Also, the title is hilarious and reassures me that, despite years since the release of VA-11 Hall-A and its rise to popularity, you're not willing to compromise on your artistic satisfaction even if you raise an eyebrow or two.
By the way, props to Merenge for that cover and final illustration, they're amazing!
You all rock, thanks for this story! <3
Really enjoyed this story~
Even though it's been a few years, y'all still know how to tell a great story and it just proves that VA-11 HALL-A is truly timeless. Can't wait to see what you guys do next.
Also seeing stuff through the eyes of a cat is always a fun narrative device you guys use pretty well, quite enjoyable!
WAKE UP BABE NEW VA-11 HALL-A CONTENT'S OUT
Getting to see more of one of the most interesting members of the cast, alongside Anna, was a treat, and such a strong, strong reminder of how much I love the world you've made.
Loved seeing the characters again in this short but packed and extremely welcomed read. Fer's writing is always lovely, leaving us thinking as we're done.
Thank you for the new year's release and hoping to see more from the team ! <3
Always happy to have more Anna, more Jill, and more Fore. Seeing Fore's perspective of adopting Jill was very cute, I've always had a weakness for the "understands, but not quite" element of animal stories like that.
I'm a little bummed that the EPUB lacks chapters, but it's not a major problem in the slightest
Looking forward to whatever else comes in the future!
Sapphic Pussy Rhapsody is a short but content-packed read, very comfy and with tints of humour, but, as always, fer's writing style and themes leave me thinking a lot about a lot of things. This was an amazing reading experience and i can't wait to see what else Sukeban is cooking behind the curtain. Muchisimo amor y la mejor de las suertes!
A friend recommended this to me. I was entranced by the cute story of a sapphic not-ghost and a black cat. I’m a lesbian with a black cat that likes ghosts and spooky aesthetics but not TOO scary, so this definitely was in my niche.
It took me a bit to understand that Anna was replying to the narrator, but that’s okay! Usually I’m not fond of fourth wall breaks, but I think it was really cute here. I enjoyed it.
Anyway, this story made me want to play VA-11 Hall-A after hearing about how good it was for years. I bought it as a result of this story.
Oh, and one more thing! It’s quite inspiring that your game was a game jam game and then became so popular that it was ported to many other platforms. As a fledgling dev myself, gives me hope.
Thank you.
